Contactless Check-in and Check-out: How Does it Work?
We are a 100% contactless check-in hotel: you can enter our secure property, garage, and your room all from your phone (no app required!). No waiting in lines, at your own pace. 1. Three (3) days before check-in, you’ll receive an email to start check-in and our ID verification process. We recommend you start at least a day before check-in to make this process go extra smoothly. 2. Follow the instructions to upload your ID and place the required security and damage deposit. This will place a temporary hold on your credit card. 3. On check-in day you'll receive a second email with your guest portal link. Keep this link handy, it’ll have security codes to get in. Check-in and Check-out times, Arriving Early or Late
When is check-in and check-out? Check-in starts at 3PM PST. Check out time is 11AM PST. Arriving late? No problem! Just follow our normal check-in process. Make sure to do your ID verification the day before to make your check-in as smooth as possible. Arriving early? Parking at the Hotel, Location and Accessing our Garage
Is Parking Available? Yes, we do have secure parking available at a rate of $25 USD per day. There are a limited number of stalls available for hotel guests, so please contact us to reserve your spot: info@fenixhollywood.com or (213)-799-8998. Where is it Located and How Do I Get in? Our secure parking entrance can be accessed from El Cerrito Place. You’ll receive the code for the gate entrance once you complete the check-in process, including ID verification and security deposit. Once you’re inside the gate, drive straight down the driveway into the covered garage space. Hotel parking stalls are numbered 23 to 30 located next to our elevator. You may use the elevator to proceed directly to your floor from there! Elevator from garage level does require a code which you can view in your guest portal (link in email).
Luggage, Bags, Receiving Mail
Is there Luggage and Bag Storage? We unfortunately do not have a luggage storage area, but we may be able to help you check into your room early so you can keep your luggage in your room. What are the Facilities Like? What Amenities are Available?
Fenix Hotel shares the building and amenities with Fenix Residences, a luxury apartment building. For your enjoyment, we offer an outdoor swimming pool with sundeck accessible from our lobby, as well as a rooftop lounge with TV, firepit, and BBQ facilities. Fitness center is located on garage level next to the elevator available with weights, treadmill, and Echelon bikes. All amenities are available for hotel guest use between the hours of 8am - 10pm.
Reservations Changes, Payment Types Accepted
How do I manage my reservation? I need to make a change. If you’ve booked directly with us, you may use the link in the email confirming your reservation to make any changes. If you’ve booked with one of our partners like Expedia or Booking.com, you’ll need to reach out to them to make the change. If you have any issues, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve: info@fenixhollywood.com, or by phone at (213) 799-8998. What payment types do you accept? Do you accept cash? We accept major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. We unfortunately do not accept cash for any payments.
Children and Age Requirements
What rooms work best for families? Our Double Queen room accommodates 4 guests total, including children. Room types that accommodate 3 guests including children are our King Suite with Sleeper Sofa and Queen Suite with Sleeper Sofa. All of our guest rooms have a kitchenette with sink, full-size refrigerator, and microwave; and washer and dryer, which is great for families. What’s the minimum age to make a reservation? The minimum age to make a reservation at our property is 18. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Do you offer rollaway beds or cribs?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer rollaway beds or cribs.
Do you accept pets?
We do accept your canine companions! We do require advance notice, so we may arrange special cleaning after your check-out, and a flat, one-time fee of $50 USD. Please know that you may not have your pet unattended in your room at any time.
Do you offer connecting rooms?
Unfortunately we do not have connecting rooms.
